Carlie Outhwaite
Carlie has been with Ascend since 2015 and thoroughly understands the needs of our strata manager clients. She enjoys building relationships to ensure those needs are heard and met consistently.
As our Director of Client Engagement, Carlie’s primary role involves regularly checking in with our partners to gather feedback, discuss solutions and to share practical ideas that are working well across the strata industry. Whether it’s setting up direct software access for our team to assist, advising on accounting best practices, or resolving difficult scenarios, Carlie utilises her experience and unique skill set to great effect for the benefit of our valued strata manager partners.
When she’s not at work she is a mum to three children, loves gardening, cooking, socialising and all things theatre and live music.
